In order to evaluate our cooperation we offer you the possibility of a "quick diagnostic check-up" of your procurement function.

This procedure consists of 3 sessions of 2-3 hours each, to be held within a period of 2 weeks.

 The first session is an introductory meeting, during which we will get to know your company and key procurement personnel.

 The second meeting will enable us to ask follow-up questions and clarify issues, if necessary, also with other departments of your company.

 During the third session we will present to you our findings and suggestions and cover your initial questions.

This procedure will provide a basic assessment of your current procurement function and an evaluation of the potential for adding further value to your company through further development of the procurement function.
